Even with an appointment the oil change/tire rotation took almost an hour. I figured I would have more time before I needed to get to work however I was pressed for time and just made it to work without being late. Note to self next time - make an earlier appointment. Oh and while I understand the role of a sales person - I didn't need to be approached by more than 1 while walking around the showroom. I was just stretching my legs because I sit all day at work. We should've read some of the reviews before taking our car here. We were totally mislead on quote and the repair job they did. $700 bad lesson learned.......

Over the phone I was given one quote, in person it was different. Service worker made a small accommodation to correct it.
