Courteous, listened, explained issue clearly, patient, respectful, seemed knowledgeable.
Dr Ternes ‘adopted’ me as his patient after I had surgery outside the country. He took care of me as if he had done the surgery himself! Another great aspect was his availability via messaging between appointments. He always answered my questions and generally helped me recover after a major injury.
I really like Dr. Ternes, he explained everything to me and answered my questions . I will definitely recommend him to someone .
Dr. Ternes was very professional - thorough, patient, honest and easy to understand.
He took all the time I needed to ask questions and understand what he was telling me about my knee. Gave me all my options and allowed me to decide what was best for me.
Dr. Ternes was very pleasant and welcoming on my first visit. Very easy to talk to and experienced with my kind of problem, fractured shoulder. Diagnosis, recommended treatment were all explained clearly and concisely. At this point, I definitely recommend Dr. Ternes to anyone.
Dr. Ternes gets right to the heart of the problem quickly and decisively. I trust his decision making. I will recommend him to others.
I had bad broken ankle 3 years ago and needed open reduction surgery to place plate and screws to stabilize ankle. He waited almost 3 weeks to do the surgery. Then after the surgery, staples were taken out of my incision too soon, and started bleeding badly from incision. I would never wait almost 3 weeks for surgery if I had to do this again. Am left walking with a limp which he promised me I would no have. Would NOT recommend this Dr. Really bad experience!
Had my first visit with Dr. Ternes this past week. Easy to talk to & explained things where I could understand. Very professional, but also very friendly. Would highly recommend him.
