Dr. Ternes was very friendly, competent, and helpful. 24 hours after I saw him my pain was gone. I’m so glad I had made the appointment to go in and see him. I would refer my family to him. Good job Dr. Ternes.

Dr. Ternes always has taken the time to explain procedures and what post op care is necessary. Especially helpful explaining what physical therapy will entail.

He always explains what my issue is and he gives me multiple options on what can be done. He cares and that’s what really matters.
Dr. Ternes and the staff at OrthoCarolina have been absolutely wonderful. I would have preferred not to have have experienced a broken leg...but they have helped me immensely along this journey. Dr. Ternes has listened and explained the processes (surgery and recovery) to me in an easy to understand manner. If you find yourself needing orthopedic surgery or care...this team should be first on your list to help.
Dr. Turnes was my first experience with an orthopedic doctor and I was so happy wort my visit. He is such a great doctor who will listen to your concerns (he told me he learned to listen to what his patients feel the issue is). He has great bedside manner as well. Everyone in the office was top notch. I highly recommend Dr. Turnes.
Awesome Surgeon! Very pleased with my knee replacement and follow up.
Discomfort in both knees, discussed problem with Doctor Ternes, had exrays of both legs, gave history of discomfort over time and what I had gone through to try to get relief from discomfort, he listened to my problems and gave me my options, we decided that the best option was to replace the knee with the most discomfort, then replace the other later when the replaced knee had healed.
