Everyone is so friendly and pleasant at the office.
Dr. Ternes was amazing. He took the time to listen to me and my concerns. I never felt rushed. He was knowledgeable and knew right away what the problem was with my shoulder.
Visit regarding shoulder pain. Dr. Ternes was engaged (so often physicians are dismissive), and patient. He talked me through my imagery and how/why he arrived at the conclusion he did. I felt my pain mattered and left feeling confident with the treatment ahead. I would return to Dr. Ternes without hesitation.
Dr. Ternes and all staff were quick and efficient but not rushed. Very happy with visit.
He was awesome..very good bedside manner. Explained my injury and surgery thoroughly.
Was able to set up an appointment 1 day prior. Dr Ternes was a great guy who asked me lots of questions to find out what was wrong with my shoulder. He did lots of “tests” to my arm and explained all the anatomy along the way. Overall good experience and helped me decide what to do next. Recommend!

Dr. Ternes has always paid attention to me and answered all of my questions. Explains the conditions of my knees, what I should and not do. So far I am very pleased with Dr. Ternes.
