John of Italy salon and spa is probably the most beautiful and comfortable hair salon and spa to go to in the Westlake Village area. Randall cut 4 to 6 inches off of my hair yesterday and gave me a whole new look. What a great job she did. She is the sweetest and kindest and most loving hairdresser, not to mention how beautiful she is. Thank you Randall Koff for giving me a whole new look. ���
