John North is “My Dealership” of choice. Over the years, I have had opportunity to use every department (Service, Body Shop, Detailing, Car Rental). After shopping around, I decided to buy my tires from John North as well. I know “The Dealership” is thought to be the most expensive place to buy anything. However, I found John North to have the best overall value for my money.
Bought my Nissan at John North and they've always taken great care of me and my car. Appreciate the hometown friendliness and the fact that my dealership is in the town near where i live.
North Motors has been taking care of my vehicles for over 20 years. I haven't always bought my vehicles from them, and my vehicles haven't always been their brand, but they have always given me great service and treated me with dignity and respect! If I had a problem, they always made it right!
I love the service department at John North Ford. They are friendly and always helpful. They even rinse my gravel road Nissan off if it needs it! They are a major part of why I will try to buy my next car from them.

The actual service was good. My issues with this service department (as with all other car dealerships I have worked with through the years) is with their customer service at the desk. Their demeanor is abrupt, and curt. And while they advertise courtesy transportation, they always act like I've put them out to request it.
