I love my Nissan Sentra, but the person that finalized my paperwork told me I would be able to pay on the app, you know, since I BOUGHT the vehicle from them. Jay, rudely told me that I couldn't not. that's fine, but why lie about it when I got the vehicle? now I have to go through a phone service every month instead of just one simple click. disappointed. Fast and reliable service
On December 4 2019 we bought a truck from John North Ford in Emporia Ks and everything was great until the windshield cracked ALL the way across a couple weeks ago. Funny thing is it came from small chip we were told was filled. So of coarse We call and tell them what happened....absolutely nothing they can do. So we now have to replace the windshield out of pocket. It’s sad when you hear shop Emporia first yet this is the thanks we get for it. Don't think we will shop emporia first ever again! This was for repairs on my 2008 Nisan Versa. They did a very good job the first time. Very pleased to have their service!
Have bought a truck and the new Explorer in the last 3 months. They make it easy and get you a great deal. Alex and Justin are great.
The guys are all great. Great service and very helpful & polite. Salesmen are great too. Go see them at JNFN!!
