RecommendedI recently purchased a used SUV with the assistance of Chris Gordan, he did a great job in finding just what I was looking for along with communicating me along the way. The car was presented just as described. I would recommend him and the John North team to anyone looking to purchase a auto.
We had an oil pan replacement scheduled for over a week. When arrived, there was no loaner car available. We live 40 minutes away, so we assumed they would have a loaner for us to use. It was an 8 hour repair, along long time to wait at the dealership!
Highly dissatisfied with the service department. A brand new truck with less than 4000 miles with a bad headlight and it took 5 hours to say well we don’t know if we’ll fix it and do the worst oil change ever. A quart low on oil, didn’t rotate the tires even though they were asked to and were extremely rude. The truck is under warranty but saying they don’t know if they will replace a factory defect or not. Great service, Electronics not so great on our Edge. Two major repairs in less than a year! Would not recommend an Edge. jp
One of the tires on the vehicle my Mom bought was plugged when it should have been replaced. They refused to pay for the bad tire. The salesman was a jerk and took advantage of my 77 year old Mom. 50 years of loyalty with our family buying from them. Not anymore. We'll go out of town.
I was driving through their little town when I noticed a rather big problem with my car, I had two dealerships turn me down and these guys took me as a walk in! They told me it would be next day but I informed them it was an emergency and they got me in and out in a day! Their customer service was phenomenal! Highly recommended!
I've always preferred Ford's and have bought 5 vehicles from John North Ford over the last few years. We get our service work done at Quicklane always easy in, easy out. I would recommend them for any work! The service dept. at John North is fast and friendly as well... Thanks guys!
