The nurse that comes in to talk to you, is super sweet, professional, nice, knowledgable, empathic, -- I CAN NOT say enough good about her. I only met the doctor for a few minutes because he had clients, but still made time to introduce himself and to talk to me a little about my condition and how he's big on preventative care. He said, "I may not be able to get rid of them fully, but I can slow down and minimize the reoccurrence of them after your surgery". Doctor was affable and professional. He was particularly respectful of my decisions, but not before highlighting what I could expect and the risks I would have to consider.
