Dr. Keeling was condescending, dismissive, and abrupt. He lacked any level of empathy and had an inappropriate bedside manner. He had boundary adherence and guideline compliance issues.
Dr. John Keeling & the Centers for Advanced Orthopedics are a bad operation, funneling patients in and out as fast as possible, attempting to add on extra charges after-the-fact, lying about paperwork being sent out, and then lying ON the paperwork about it being 'past due'. Dr. John Keeling is great! I've seen him twice now for separate injuries and each time he has taken great care of me. He is very professional and knowledgeable.
