I am a patient of Dr Jackson since 2015 and only have good things to say about him and his office. Caring thoughtful and always happy to help. Has given me a brand new knee and has a procedure which allowed me to walk and have the minimum pain. I thank god for him and his office!!!
Dr Jackson is friendly, listens, and provides information. He went out of his way to order a CT Scan for the same day, since we live out of town. He called me with the report the next morning and called my attention to a concern that was not related to his practice but he felt needed immediate attention.
I want to start by telling you that as I was walking into the office I could hardly walk and the staff upfront was friendly and genuinely cared. within 10 minutes they had me in a room where the MA came in and asked me a few questions (very knowledgeable and kind) I was then greeted by Dr. Jackson and he was nothing short of GREAT! He diagnosed my GOUT through X-Ray and had his staff call in a prescription ASAP. He and entire staff are very thorough and very good people, they make you feel like you're part of the family.
