I have been going to Dr. Jackson for about 15 months. I have seen him 3 times! First 2 for about 5 minutes and the last time the day after surgery for 3 minutes. The first 2 visits I felt he cared a bit but after surgery, not at all. Felt no empathy at all. Only saw Myela most of the time and love her and Judy. Those 2 are very caring!! If I need my left knee replaced, I will go to another ortho doctor!
Dr. Jackson is the best Orthopedic doctor in El Paso TX. He did a hip replacement to me, and I’m so have happy for great job he had done! He’s the best Dr. Orthopedics?? God bless my doctor J. Jackson??

Courteous, professional and helpful
I was referred to Dr Jackson by my original surgeon because of complications with previous knee surgery. Dr Jackson operated on my knee and successfully did so without having to replace my knee prostheses, which made my recovery faster. Dr Jackson answered every question I had to my satisfaction. I recently had a total hip replacement by Dr. Jackson. From the first appointment to my most recent post-op check-up, he has truly cared about how I am really doing. This is a rare quality anymore. His office staff are polite and professional. I am so happy that I was referred to Dr. Jackson as he has completely changed my life for the better with my new joint replacement. I could not have asked for better!
Dr. Jackson, Mayela, and his staff are incredible, I cannot believe how they value patient care. I am very satisfied with they care that they provided for and I am forever grateful. I highly recommend him.
