Dr Jackson and his staff are wonderful. I’ve had one complete knee replacement and it was very well done. He has addressed some of my other problems with my bones and is very helpful. He listens and spends time with you. I recommend him every chance I get. One time he was a little late to his office in the afternoon. He came out to the waiting room and told all of his patients to please pardon his tardiness as he had an emergency amputation. I’ve never seen a Dr come out and apologize for being late. A very pleasant visit from the staff to doctor, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Jackson to anyone with Orthopedic issues. A good feeling when you visit...kind of feels like family.
I like the office environment ,the staff that assisted me were very pleasant to inculed the Dr. he put me at ease with what had been diagnosed. great keep up the good work.
When I scheduled my appt Melissa was very courteous and helpful. The staff were very polite and nice. The Nurse Practitioner was very knowledgeable and explained everything. The doctor was very caring and listened to me. He didn't rush me. I am very pleased with their services. I went to his Eastside office.

I am very satisfied with Doctor Jackson. When I see the doctor he always takes his time and explains the previous x-rays with the current ones. He is very thorough and always very honest and up front with the results.
