Dr Kastrup and Staff are great! I honestly don't think that I could have gotten better care, or a more caring, helpful staff any where else. They always returned my calls in a timely manner I there was a question. I highly recommend them.

From start to finish, Dr. Kastrup and his staff provided Excellent care for my hip replacement. 1st 3-4 weeks you will be sore as hell but make sure to do PT and all will go well :) Discovered a hand held vibrator will help the IT band on the outside of leg where my worse pain was. Highly recommend Dr. Kastrup and his team, they take the time to answer all of your questions.
Dr. Kastrup performed arthroscopic surgery for a torn meniscus on my left knee. I was impressed at the organization, professionalism and expertise of Dr. Kastrup. I was also amazed at how well I progressed after the surgery. Now I have no pain and am planning on getting back to tennis and other activities.
Dr. Kastrup has now replaced both of my knees seven years apart. Both surgeries went great and were very successful. I found Dr. Kastrup to be thorough, kind, compassionate, and professional both times. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.
In my experience I have found Dr Kastrup to be a gifted and proficiaent surgeon as well as a kind and personable man. My dealings with his staff have been professional, compassionate and efficient. I first went to Dr. Kastrup 6 years ago with knee pain. He told me I wasn't ready for surgery. So nice that he didn't want to do it until my knee needed it. I just had total knee replacement and it couldn't have gone better. The Dr. and his staff are efficient and friendly. I would recommend Dr. Kastrup to anyone who needs an orthopedic surgeon.
It was my first time to see ortho doctor here in Henderson,NV. We have lived here now for 3 years, retired. I saw Dr Kastrup once and he knew just from an xray I needed a total knee replacement. I was so pleased because I have lived with bone on bone pain for over a year and I was very happy when he said he would do total knee.
