these jokers wanted to rip me and my insurance company off. they wanted to just put new parts on the truck instead of finding any bad parts and replacing those. they also said my rim was bent and the tire had a bulge. nothing they said was true. i have never dealt with such blatant lies.
Service department is a complete joke. communication with the overcharged customer is less than adequate, do not stand behind their work, and then insult you, and your vehical when you question the fact that could have misdiagnosed the true issue with your "cobbled up mess" of a vehicle. Will never ever recommend these people to anyone, better yet I will be sure to let everyone I know to stay as far away as possible to avoid having the same terrible experience. Thanks for wasting my money!

i have never been treated better than i was at luther john Hirsch motors in cambridge. i would highly recomend this dealership to anyone! hands down the best atmosphere. everyone was friendly helpful and caring. i will never go anywhere else from here on out!

Came in for just a easy retorque which you can easily do in a couple minutes on the ground. Asked if I had an appointment and said that they run a pretty tight schedule on Friday’s. They ended up putting it up on the hoist just to retorque it and charged me for it. Definitely don’t recommend bringing your car here even for the easiest jobs.
Purchased my vehicle from them on Saturday. Amazing staff. Thomas, my sales guy worked hard for me. It is true what they say… A female walks into a car dealership. Three sales guys look at me and don’t say a word. Thomas, (The black knight), immediately approaches me). The other three never said a word. Kudos also to the sales manager gave me a great deal on my trade-in. I will purchase from them again someday.

They said the car had a spare tire underneath the chassis. It was rainy that day so I took it in good faith that it was there and didn’t go down on all fours to check. Last week, when I actually needed the spare tire, it wasn’t even there in the first place. Called and spoke to the manager named Jeff and he basically said he can’t give me one because it’s outside warranty and it’s a “he said, she said” thing. So basically he said I’m probably lying.
