Ordered a few special order parts under a business name, said it would be a week I told the guy I needed them ASAP, called 4 days later to see if by chance they came in early. They came in the day before but didn’t call me. They were supposed to fix the recalls on our Jeep. They didn't but lied and told us they did. When we pointed that out, they told us to come back the next week. Then the technician said he wasn't the one responsible so he doesn't know anything. He then passed the buck and said someone else could speak to us next week. They had sent an email today letting us know everything was done. So we drive here, and nothing was done. Who runs a business like this?

Bought a 2019 Chevy Colorado Saturday. It was Eric our salesman first day and he was outstanding to deal with. I would sure refer other people to him for a New Chevy.

Bought this four years ago and love my truck just got it back form them for some warranty work. We’ve bought six cars from them we will never go anywhere else thank you.
there sales department was great, but the service department has been terrible. They never answer the phone and when you leave a message they never call back. Brought my jeep in clean got it back with dirt all over the seats.
Had a great buying experience at John Hirsch they went above and beyond. Huge shout out to Marge in financing , Clayton buzzell Matt Nelson in sales and Jeff Anderson good people timely and friendly service , very professional !!! I recommend this dealership . THANK YOU ALL !!!!!!
