Wonderful, caring Dr. He really listens to his patients and takes time with them.
Extremely disappointed with Dr. Hines and how he treats patients.
Dr. Hines was instrumental in recommending various tests to determine that I had kidney cancer. I owe Dr. Hines my life! If he had left a surgical glove in me during my many colonoscopies he has performed on me, then one star would have been given.
Worst experience ever! I had Dr. Hines. I never received any anti-anxiety medicine prior to my colonoscopy, even though it was clear I was extremely nervous. I was awake & aware during the entire painful procedure & had to continually roll from side to side & eventually roll onto my stomach while the nurse pushed on my stomach as hard as she could to manipulate the scope through my colon, all the while yelling at me to either breathe or stop breathing so hard due to my own efforts to control the pain.
