The reason for not recommending this dealership is due to the fact that we just drove an hour across town after we supposedly had a vehicle reserved for us. Just to find out upon arrival that the vehicle that I had already had the check in hand for had been sold the day before. Also the individual who had told us the vehicle would be pulled up and ready for our test drive as well as reserved approached my husband trying to make excuses and not take accountability. Everyone was very nice and easy to work with!
I went in today not thinking I would be able to finance a vehicle. They found my dream car pretty fast, and after that it was just the paperwork and trying to figure out the finances. Not only were they patient with everything, but they also did everything they could to make sure I was able to drive home in that vehicle, and I did! This dealership is extremely unprofessional. Everytime I have gone, I waited over an hour for an oil change & tire rotation, with an appointment. Most of the time the employees are screwing around instead of working. Today my husband and I waited an hour for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. When they finally called for us to checkout, our inspection was not completed...so we had to wait another 15-20 minutes.
