willing to help individual needs without pressure
The reason for not recommending this dealership is due to the fact that we just drove an hour across town after we supposedly had a vehicle reserved for us. Just to find out upon arrival that the vehicle that I had already had the check in hand for had been sold the day before. Also the individual who had told us the vehicle would be pulled up and ready for our test drive as well as reserved approached my husband trying to make excuses and not take accountability. I went in today not thinking I would be able to finance a vehicle. They found my dream car pretty fast, and after that it was just the paperwork and trying to figure out the finances. Not only were they patient with everything, but they also did everything they could to make sure I was able to drive home in that vehicle, and I did!
