I had previously given this dealership a non-recommend rating. Without going into to much detail we both agreed that there was a misunderstanding of a program offered by Dodge. When the service manager Joe was made aware of the situation he was understanding and took care of the situation. I had a good experience with the service staff and am happy to change my rating to a recommendation.
