Something has happened recently in the service dept. I have had 2 very bad recent visits. Very disorganized and untrained. 1 visit is still not settled.

As well as service after the purchase. We recommend John Hiester. for all vehicle needs. lAnd John is an exceptional person in our community.
Treating customer like they are not an afterthought after the purchase would be a great start. A true test of customer service is when the task is difficult. Everyone can have great customer service if every issue is easy. Train your staff to give the same attention to the difficult task as they do to the easy ones.
