RecommendedOne of the easiest car purchases we’ve ever made. Our salesperson David Ricketson was really lovely to work with, no pressure, easy going, informative, and had such a welcoming way about him that it made the entire process an enjoyable experience. The dealership overall has a great facility, clean, and everyone was very friendly and helpful.
This is the second time we have made an appointment for service. We drop the truck off and they call 45 minutes later that the person is not available to work on the truck. This time when making the appointment, we confirmed there would be a service person there to work on it. Keep in mind this is the 4th time this truck has been taken in for the same problem. Big thank you to the good folks at John Hiester Chevrolet in Fuquay-Varina. Yesterday I noticed one of my tires was low so I took it in and they found a nail in it toward the side of the tire wall. It wasn’t repairable but they ordered me a tire and made sure the tire was good to go until today when they put the new one on. When I got back this afternoon, they were super friendly and even chatted with me for awhile before putting my new Goodyear tire on. We purchased our new 2020 Suburban RST Edition on 8/12/20. Being from out of state, Georgia, we were reluctant that the process would be easy, especially with a trade as well. Not only was Calil great in helping answer our questions, this process was probably the EASIEST out of any car purchases we have ever made.
