No, I don’t recommend John Hiester! If they are that sorry about an oil change what would they do about a motor problem? They wouldn’t do the free oil change that was part of the agreement for a new car. I took my car 3 months ago for a free oil change they said I didn’t need it yet and to come back in when The oil light comes on. Upon returning for the free oil change at checkout, I was told it would cost 90+ dollars for my free oil change that I had not received.
