After running into a clogged line for the kitchen I turned to BBB to help narrow down the field of plumbers to contact. Being new to an area it is hard to know who to trust. I contacted John and he listened to my explanation of my problem and was able to get someone out here in a few hours, late on a Saturday afternoon. Frank, the on call plumber, showed up, was courtesy and knowledgeable and got to work.
