I been calling since Friday about our tags D Carey has always said let me check with no call back. We talked just this morning he promised a call back by 9:15 it is 2 34 still no call back call his cell and he forward me also left several messages for Sarah who is over the tags and no call back from her either. THE TEMP IS ONLY GOOD 2 MORE DAYS.
I think John Harvey toyato is a great facility. Love the employees. They're very personable and not like pushing salesman wanting to obtain a commission.
Bought my Tacoma form a different dealership. Came here because they are closer to my home. Need basic service. I was treated well and in a timely manner. The lounge was clean and comfortable free sodas. I appreciate good service and friendliness. I will be back.
Why is it every time you call for service you get someones voicemail! By far the worst dealership and to top it off the rudest people answer the phone. I will take my 2014 Rav 4 that I bought from y'all and have it serviced at Price LeBlanc Toyota in Baton Rouge!!!!
Over the weekend we decided to look into upgrading me to a new SUV. We went to 3 different dealerships and it was quite amazing the difference in experiences, not all in a good way! John Harvey Toyota far and away stole the show. They worked so hard to get me into my new Rav4. Bob Tippin is a wonderful salesman. We've bought from him twice now. Not pushy just helpful and respectful! Thank you John Harvey Toyota for once again taking care of us!
