They fired my son and didn't even tell him why. Just said "we're going in a different direction" well when all our leased cars have matured we're going in a different direction, too. I removed the junk advertisements on the back of our cars.
We bought a Highlander and couldn't be happier. It has such a smooth ride and great pick up speed. Miranda Dowings was our salesperson. She is incredibly knowledgeable and personable. She answered all our questions and introduced us to all the different departments. Everyone was very nice at John Harvey Toyota. If your looking for a nice vehicle go test drive the Highlander and ask for Miranda.
We purchased a RAV4 for our daughter, this is her first car. Corey A. Jones sold it to us. He is a very good guy to work with. We also worked with Johnny Norton, the Finance Manager. Thank you for taking such good care of us.
Please save yourself money and do not do business with this company if you are in the market for a quality used vehicle. The inspection that they tell you they do is a lie. After having numerous problems with the vehicle we purchased, we asked them about this so called "inspection" and they don't have any paperwork on it. The used car manager seems much more concerned with getting the cars off of the lot than making sure they are what they tell you they are. Buyer Beware!!!!
Alister was great, but have no title/registration yet after 3 months. We are driving with 5 day tags. No one but Alister will call my husband back. We will NOT be back to John Harvey for another car.
Enjoyed my experience buying a new Camry. Josh and Jennifer made understanding everything easy as well as Mr. Norton over in financing. Recommend giving them a look if you're looking for a new car; my Camry is great!
Just bought our 5th vehicle from them. Love my 2016 Toyota Highlander and can't wait to drive it home. Alister Ambler is the best and we love him. If you need a new vehicle make sure you ask for him.
