I have purchased one vehicle from this dealer in 2011 and had a miserable sales experience. The sales manager called the salesman an idiot in front of me. Very unprofessional and embarrassing to the salesman. I purchased my last Toyota's from Ruston and Shreveport dealers with much better experience. On Monday (9-22-14), I went to try to trade in my car for a more reliable one which I've tried and wanted to do for a while now. It was a 2011 fusion and I've had several issues with it...even with it only having 70,000 miles on it.
