Love our new RAV4, even though we went trough the regular sales experience the salesman was very good at his job. I would highly recommend Steven Engel as a sales person.
Absolutely the worst dealership I've ever dealt with . My salesman was very unprofessional. They were quick to cash my down payment check before anything was finalized, but we were unable to make a deal. THIRTY days latter, I have yet to receive my deposit..after multiple calls and going out of my way to the dealership to pick up my check, I've got nothing but excuses after excuses..
