Had a car wash done today and they never washed the one side of my truck and took 2 hours to do a wash and oil change. Not to happy with the service.

3rd strike you’re out John Harvey!!! After 10 years of business, 3 cars, & $1000’s of dollars in normal maintenance spent with you, it’s over! Waited 2hr for a battery to be installed. That was the last straw, 2 other times I’ve had issues all as a result of BILL!!! Listen folks John Harvey has always been very fair priced, pleasant employees until I started dealing with BILL in the service department, just ask for Darlene Mill she’s the best. Sorry, we had a great thing going, but no more 😢. 12/21/18

William Dinkins was incredibly patient with my pushy family, gave me a great deal with the monthly payment I told him that I could afford, and put me in the same car that I fell in love with while test driving. On 3/17 I purchased a truck from John Harvey Toyota in Bossier City, La. It is 7/4 and I have still not received permanent plates for it. First it was having to resign loan papers, then it was issue after issue. Despite having been in contact with them I’ve yet to receive the plates. Long story short - if you don’t want the run around, take your business somewhere else!!
