They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I didn't feel any numbness after my visit. They always take good care of me. They kind of exaggerated how much they could do for me. They weren't able to follow through with everything they said they would. Beware of the billing department. They are friendly and kind, but did not quote me the right amount that my insurance would cover. I ended up paying $70 extra which was not mentioned in over 15 visits.

Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Did this provider exaggerate his/her or abilities? No, I got what was promised Did this chiropractor explain your treatment method before performing your adjustment? Yes, they explained it in-depth

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did the chiropractor offer on-site X-Rays? Yes, I didn't have to drive anywhere! Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They were happy to address every concern I had Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

I was very comfortable during my entire treatment Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? As a patient for many years, Grootendorst Chiropractic has provided outstanding service and the best medical treatment that I have found.
