Bravo Many people I've talked with since purchasing this car have talked of their experiences at dealerships and how long it took and how tedious it was. For me, it was a relatively short time - and hassle-free. Car buying is a big deal but this just seemed like exactly the right thing to do - and much of that was due to you. I thought I would be extremely nervous about making a snap-decision like this - you made it easy. And the entire staff of John Eagle Honda was extremely friendly and helpful.
Cannot complain Our experience with Ocomma was awesome. I viewed a car I thought would be good for the family and O wanted to show us better cars still within our budget. No pressure craziness, no “we need more downâ€, no haggling. The way it should be! After visiting a couple of the Honda dealerships in Dallas and leaving feeling as though we hadn't accomplished anything, we ended up at John Eagle Honda. Top notch! I have had the best experience with John Eagle Honda's group that I have ever had and I have been driving Honda Accords since 1989. I have bought Hondas in OKC and the Dallas metroplex and have never been treated as grand as this! They have treated me like I am family and I will send all my friends to them. I feel like I was given a very fair price for my new car and the sales and service group are top notch. LOVE LOVE LOVE my Honda and John Eagle Honda of Dallas!
Great Service! I have now purchased 6 Honda's from John Eagle Honda. The first was in 1983. I was referred me Reatha Robinson for this purchase. Reatha was very professional and helpful throughout the process. She was very knowledgeable about the model I wanted (CR-V) and helped me with a thorough comparison of the EX compared to the EX-L. She was also not annoying me with constant follow-up calls while we decided on which model to buy.
Service This is the worse service dept I have every encountered - or maybe they just pick on women. I had an accord that I bought and had the recommended service on for years in another city. Every thing went great. Moved to Dallas and started taking my car to this dealership for service. I started having trouble with my transmission, the car had over 100,000 miles on it, and this service dept did over a $1,000 of supposely work on it.
