John Eagle Honda has a GREEDY service department. Service department: I have been to several honda dealerships in my life but i have never seen such a greedy service department. They quoted me 375 dollars for freon charging where almost 200 dollars were labor charges for the time their technician "waits" while freon is charging!! I had 900 dollar regular "maintenance" service done from them a month before and my air-conditioning had not been working since then in the first place. Impressed by the customer service! While I understand your commission may have been limited with this transaction, your attention to detail and my family's needs was spot on. The time you took, even though it was not totally necessary to familiarize me with an already familiar model speaks volumes to your character and I intend to speak of you in this regard for some time. This purchase was not supposed to be emotional going into it, but that was changed by the time I drove out.

Thank you! This is not a question but more of a thank you. I came home late one night at the airport to a completely DEAD car. I had been in South America, exhausted and freezing. Battery was replaced, but had problems with the code for my audio. I drove it by John Eagle and had the pleasure of speaking with Brandon. He quickly had my problem fixed, wrote down the correct code, and also inflated my tire pressure. What a relief!
