Nathan from Dixon was on top of it from the start. Very responsive to calls and emails, and kept us in the loop through the whole process. Came out to give an estimate in a timely manner, and within a week had a free consult with a Sherwin Williams rep. Took about 3-5 weeks to start the project, but they can't control the weather. It's our first home and our first time really dealing with any large project like this, but any concern we had they readily addressed. Our house looks great!

They replaced all the weathered cedar boards on my house, pressure washed it, and restained it. Also repairs were made to the ceiling of my garage. They always came on time and they always cleaned up the debris. Easy to work with.
I had to supervise the workers due to poor communication from top to bottom and start to finish. They were more about getting it done than doing it right. They did not do a lot of things they said they would do and were not very tidy. Very stressful experience for me.
