I underwent hammer toe surgery by Dr. Utley on my right foot in June 2007 and after the bandages were removed, it looked like no surgery had been done at all on that toe. In fact, my toe is in worse shape than before the surgery. It looks like a claw and bends toward the third toe. I asked him on a follow-up visit after the surgery why this happened and his response was, "There could be a zillion reasons." Well, that doesn't answer my question. Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
