Just had my semi-annual check-up with Dr. Canales. Over the past three years, I've found him to be very personable and easy to talk to. He and his staff are polite and professional every step of the appointment process.
Everyone, especially Dr C, was professional, concerned and kind during visit.

I have not had to make any urgent appointments, so I can not give a rating on this issue. The Doctor does have to respond to emergency situations which can result in delays for routine patients.
I had a heart catheterization performed by Dr. John Canales. Everything done was outstanding. Had no problems after the procedure.
Dr. Canales is very thoughtful, courteous and makes you feel at ease. Not only is he a knowledgeable physician, but he's personable.
I've been seeing Dr. Canales for about 5 yrs. for high blood pressure and AFib. We have everything under control. Dr. Canales is very knowledgeable, friendly and caring. The office staff are very nice and professional. I have no doubt that Dr. Canales has made a big difference in my heart health.
