Courteous, efficient staff. Dr. Canales has a warm, very professional demeanor. Patiently let me describe my symptoms and concerns. He expressed his thoughts and recommendations clearly and in terms I could follow - no jargon. I feel very comfortable having him run this show
Dr. Canales is someone who takes time to listen to what his patient is telling him. He asks questions to make sure that all information is obtained and makes his recommendation for what needs to be done next. This may involve a test that needs to be run or a change in medication or dosage amount. If he feels you need to be seen more often or less often it is always because he cares about his patient and knows what is best.
We love Dr. Canales, He has a wonderful personality, very professional yet very personal. He treat all of his patients like his own family. Extremely care about your overall heath not just on your heart. We love him and trust him completely, that is the reason why we both (Me & My husband) come to see him. We will follow him where ever he goes. We want him to take care of our hearts as long as he is in his practice. Dr. Canales is a great doctor. He makes me feel like I’m his only patient.
Fast, efficient, and thorough.
Cool guy.....he takes the time to answer any questions you might have, passes on any information you might find helpful, and even takes time to visit. Unlike many others, he doesn't rush you in and out assembly-line style. Waiting time is usually short as well and the office staff is proficient. Only one complaint: Every time you go in, you have to fill out the same form even when nothing has changed - what a waste of paper!!
Stress test was a breeze because Dr Canales AND his staff are courteous, professional and most importantly truly looking for what's best for you.
He is a wonderful Dr. and more over very knowledgeable. He is very in tune with his patience and his practice. Read about him. You will have a good understanding then about him.
Professional, with a very down to earth & friendly manner. My 1st appt with Dr. Canales was the day before my knee surgery. All of a sudden the hospital said they needed a release from a Cardiologist before they could perform the surgery. This was all very last minute & could have ended up in my surgery being delayed. I called around & was getting no where. No one could see me that day. His office understood my situation & scheduled an appt for me that very afternoon.
