Dr. Canales listens to my questions and best of all explains the reason for a particular test or medication. He is great on follow up as I recently had a medication change that was indicated.
The staff is very helpful and friendly. As I was being led back to the waiting room Dr. Canales went out of his way to shake hands with me. The office had more of a home feeling rather than an office.
I was at the office on a day with hospital and clinic emergencies. The staff was excellent at maintaining a calm and professional office experience with apologies to the patients waiting and the reassurance that Dr. Canales would spend as much time as needed for each patient and their health needs. I was a new patient that day and indeed when we saw the doctor we did not feel rushed and all of our questions and concerns were addressed in a very professional manner.. Recommend him highly.
Crazy about John, really really like John, or as I say "Doc"
He takes his time with his patients and explains everything in a language you can understand.
Dr. Canales was great, talk to me like like I was a human being, very easy to talk to. My visit was excellent.
I am a relatively new patient of Dr. Canales, but have found him through, caring and understanding. His staff are all really great.
Annual checkup. Problem with blood pressure being too high. Everyone from receptionist to check out was most.courteous
Great staff and Dr Canales cannot be beat. Explains things how you can understand them. Would not hesitate to recommend him to others needing a cardiologist.
