Our visit was 03/16/2020. We were impressed by precautions taken to protect us from the Coronavirus. All staff was friendly and upbeat (as always). Dr. Canales burst into the room with a broad smile and greeted us with enthusiasm! Great way to start. He said he was very happy with good news for us. Dorothy was stable, just what we wanted to see. Dr. Canales is the BEST. My husband and I have been under his care for 5 years and we have never been disappointed with him. He's caring, jovial and always takes time to spend with us. Besides being a great Dr., he's a super nice guy.

This was the worst experience I’ve had with this doctor. They had me waiting in the exam room for two hours. When they finally did check on me I was told why there was such a long wait. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone and I will find another doctor who is sensitive to the patients needs. And I should not be charged for an office visit because I didn’t see the doctor.
I have been under the care of Dr. Canales for about 3 years, and I am pleased with his concern for my welfare. I was hospitalized twice and both times he took charge of my care while in the hospital. He is not just a doctor that you just see in the office. I also like his office staff as they are friendly. Specifically, you can always trust Isabel at the front desk to help you, and Ebony and Tamara are helpful in printing up my prescriptions.
