Everything was first rate, from the initial reception, through the service of the medical technician, and the visit with Dr. Canales. Dr. Canales is very competent and thorough and answers any and all questions offered by the patient.

I will and have recommended Dr. Canales. He is a good doctor and takes interest in his patients. I nor my wife have absolutely NO problems with Dr. Canales when we see him fact to face in his office. The problem we had with the "telemedicine" appointment was the set up time, waiting for the next step to happen and the fact that the doctor could not listen to our heart nor properly observe the patient. I went for a follow up to an Echo. I felt extremely safe because of the steps the office had taken because of covid 19. As usual, Dr. Canales made me feel comfortable. I didn't have to wait very long. The staff did a great job at social distancing.
Always listens and very responsive to concerns.
