The staff at Shefferman's office is completely accommodating. They let me come in at a moment's notice to fix a broken bracket, give me samples of wax and floss whenever I run out, and most importantly, value my input as to the progress of my treatment. Staff is also very careful to ensure that the sanding and tightening is not too painful, which I appreciate. I would definitely recommend Dr. Shefferman to my friends and family.
The cost is not inexpensive but the service is awesome! I really like that I can see my appointments, dental pictures, and other info online. Everyone at Dr. Shefferman's office, including the Dr., is super friendly and very accomadating. I highly recommend them! :)
It was good experience and suited my needs. The staff was very friendly and I liked the way they treat their customers.
