Dr. John Neilson and Sean Veenendaal, PA-C work great as a team. They took the time to fully evaluate my health and readiness as well as explain the robotic total knee replacement surgery and pre- and post-op expectations. Very detailed explanations of what was going to happen and what to expect after the procedure
Dr Neilson is straight forward. He tells you what you need to do before the procedure to make the healing process go better. He sincerely cares about you to get better. He's not one of those doctors who just stops by and gives you a look and says a few things and leaves. He wants to know how you are doing and what his team can do to make you better.
Dr Neilson listens attentively, explains thoroughly, and is uptempo with a light sense of humor.
Very personable and friendly. He answered all my questions and was very informative.
