Dr Willis was professional, yet approachable, thorough and personable. I had heard he was the best for shoulder surgery and could relax knowing that. His back up staff were also courteous, professional, kind and helpful. I feel after 4 days that I am recovering very well from surgery.
I have referred him many times and have had only exceptional positive feedback. If I need (hopefully not) to address an issue he is who I am calling. Very satisfied.

I live in Centerville, my name is Robert Downer I first was referred to Doctor Willis and P.A.Trent Hiles in September 2016. Doctor Willis immediately diagnosed my shoulder problems and operated with two tears, six bone spurs, and a clavicle shaving done.Today while my body is of a 56 year old man my shoulder is a teenager he did such a thorough Job. I received a right shoulder replacement March, 2016. The surgery went excellent, it was a breeze. Rehap at Spaulding also went very well. It's great to have my shoulder back. Looking forward to having my left shoulder taken care of in the next six months! Dr. John Willis is by far, the most caring orthopedist. He treated me with the utmost kindness. Dr. Willis replaced my ACL. From the start, he was professional, kind, and confident. He took every opportunity to educate me about the procedure and made sure that I had no outstanding questions. I would recommend him to anyone that is considering this procedure.

After my initial visit Dr. Willis diagnosed my problem by reviewing X-rays and MRI to ensure the partial knee replacement he suggested was the proper procedure for me. All information passed to me by the doctor was accurate. I am a very active person. I was walking on my knee the same day of surgery. I was skating in four weeks, playing forward in hockey in 6 weeks, playing goalie in eight weeks and riding my bicycle in that 6 week time period also. All the therapist were great.
