went in for a thumb cmc arthroplasty microlink suspension surgery and trigger releases of my middle and ring finger 5 weeks ago. in the first weeks, my arm and hand were basically useless and in pain however as time went on, i have been gradually able to resume function to about 75% and am very pleased with my progress.
Dr. Willis is very knowledgeable, friendly & personable. Al, you can ask for in a doctor!
Dr Willis is an excellent doctor who fixed my left shoulder and will soon fix my right. He is knowledge, explains things so I can understand and is an excellent surgeon.
Dr Remia is a wonderful orthopedic doctor. He listens, he is compassionate, very knowledgeable, and explains everything to you. He always has a plan and carries it out. He has a very personable and kind bedside manner.
The only part I wasn’t a fan of, is not actually meeting Dr. Najarian until the day of surgery. However Ian was great with explaining everything. I can’t wait to have my other hand done!
Was given complete info about my concern. I was given instructions and a follow up plan.
There is no messing around. I saw Kelly once, and surgery booked the next visit. Easy peasy!
As a Surgeon myself, I could've seen anyone, but I went to Dr. Willis because of his reputation among other surgeons. Dr. Willis read my MRI in front or me, gave me a plan, and personally saw me through the pathway from office to OR. I heard he was the best technician, and this proved to be true. He is an exceptional master craftsman, tremendous personality and bedside manner. Among the best if not the best technician in the US, certainly in Massachusetts. His PA Trend was also an awesome guy.
Patience, kindness, and attentiveness, couldn’t ask for more!
