As a Surgeon myself, I could've seen anyone, but I went to Dr. Willis because of his reputation among other surgeons. Dr. Willis read my MRI in front or me, gave me a plan, and personally saw me through the pathway from office to OR. I heard he was the best technician, and this proved to be true. He is an exceptional master craftsman, tremendous personality and bedside manner. Among the best if not the best technician in the US, certainly in Massachusetts. His PA Trend was also an awesome guy.
Dr. Willis has provided answers to all of my questions without making me feel as though he was rushing on to the next patient. All of the staff and employees that work with and for Dr. Willis have been polite, respectful, and friendly.

he fixed my shoulder and it's so much better! it'll be even better at the end of the healing process,you just have to do what he and the PT people tell you
I have had several visits with Dr. Willis for a broken arm. He was always patient, attentive and knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions with a smile. Highly recommended.
Excellent, does great work, five stars!
I was scared to find out what was wrong with my knee. The idea of consulting with a surgeon was scary. To find he was willing to try the least invasive treatment and to have the improvement I have felt in just the last few days is miraculous to me. Dr Willis was patient and took the time to explain my situation as he understood it was worth it all.
Dr. Willis provided excellent care and guidance toward healing my rotator cuff injury. His team worked well together toward making my recovery possible, within the confines of a very challenging set of circumstances.With Dr.Willis's coordination, I was able to work with Dr. Affonso who successfully completed a total reverse shoulder replacement. After 10 weeks post-op, I can't say enough for both physicians and their assistants.. They are truly the best available anywhere.
The doctor was thorough, and listened carefully. He had great bedside manner and did a great job of explaining, what the physical damage was, treatment options and gave a great overview of best, worst, and likely scenarios. I am extremely happy with my choice.
