I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment, as requested. I then waited 20 minutes just to be taken into the exam room, and after that I waited another 45 minutes without the doctor ever coming in. I genuinely don’t understand the logic of making a sick child wait over an hour after their scheduled appointment. Do they assume people have nothing else to do and can just sit and wait indefinitely? Please respect your patients’ time as much as you expect them to respect yours.
The absolute worst staffing. I had an appt scheduled on a specific day because that was my only day off and had scheduled all of mine and my kids appts. When I arrived they said “you’re not booked for today” it was an error on their behalf but they were less than accommodating for their mistake. The front lady copped an attitude and said “we’ll give you son his shots but he won’t be seen by the doctor. My son is sick and he needed to be checked and they couldn’t care less. I had, had enough.
