I had a business meeting, and Joey's staff were able to hold my table which I requested a day prior. Service was great and staff was very responsive. Overall, everything was great and I had an excellent time. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone.
I want to preface this by saying that the service I and my friends received was amazing!! This rating does not reflect our experience with them at all - they’re all doing an amazing job. I ordered happy hour chicken fingers and the chicken was completely raw. Of course when the servers saw this, they apologized and asked me what I wanted instead. I asked for the same. Menorah was excellent, friendly & delightful. Shelby at front desk was very helpful, nice and got us a cab. Sheraton Center recommended Joey's and it exceeded our expectations.
I’ve been to JOEY many times before, both in Ottawa and at other locations, and have always had great experiences. We decided to try the Eaton Centre location, but unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The service was mediocre. Our waitress was friendly and pleasant, but we waited 20 minutes for our drinks. When our food arrived, we ordered another round of drinks, only to find out later that they were never rung in or made. The food was even more disappointing.
