They were very helpful. Joe came in to asses the job, gave a quote and performed the work. Very professional.
Joes Glass was a nightmare to work with. We had prospective buyers coming to our house and gave Joe a month's notice that we needed the mirror replaced and he said no problem. Two days before the showing Joe lost the measurements and stated he could not complete the job. Working with Joe has been awful and I would not recomend him to anyone. We also told him we were going to tell Service Magic about his lack of follow up and lack of integritey and he staed he did not care.

We apologize that Terry feels this way about us, we tried with many attempts to get a hold of him, we actually had Terry scheduled 1 week after we got his job. When we called to confirm there was no answer. Joe called the day of the appointment and was told, he was not home and he would call us. We never recieved a call. When we got a hold of Terry we were unable to meet his deadline.

Prompt, courteous, professional.
Joe was great. He arrived unprepared (without the glass) because his office person had told him he was just measuring and giving me a bid. For some reason she forgot that I had already given her the measurements and she had given me a bid! But Joe took my windows with him and replaced the glass that evening, and brought them back and reinstalled them the next day. He was professional, courteous and friendly.
