Deep Gratitude I live in Pittsburgh but most of my family is in Erie. Mt uncle passed away and I wanted to send something special. I called Joel's Shop randomly with about 3 other places. When I spoke with him on the phone he was so helpful and sympathetic! I was getting emotional, but he was very patient with me as I told him what I wanted. Very nice, helpful, professional The review stating that Joel's was rude was obviously written by someone who didn't make an appointment for a wedding consultation. I had my wedding consultation with him today and he was very very nice, enthusiastic and professional.
