Joel is amazing! During the search for and eventual purchase of our Fairview TN land, Joel was always available at most times within minutes of reaching out to him. I can't think of a single request he wasn't able or willing to help us in some way. Also, even when there wasn't anything necessarily active at the moment, he reached out to us just to check in. Joel was such a joy to work with throughout our entire home buying process! He was incredibly responsive to all of our questions, and trust me when I say we had a LOT of questions throughout the process. Joel remained so patient and kind throughout and no question was a dumb question. If you are looking for a realtor, then Joel is a great choice! Especially for folks who are newer to Nashville and need some guidance.
