I loved working with Dr. Turner and his asst Leezette. Dr. Turner is very efficient and down to earth. He explained my surgery and even drew pictures so I could understand what was going to happen in the surgery. He explained expected and possible unexpected outcomes which helped me make informed decisions. He also did not belittle my concerns. Leezette made it all run smooth with a confidence that made me feel very comfortable. She had a positive attitude and was also very efficient.
Dr. Turner surgically removed one of my parathyroid. His warm, confident, knowledgeable, and patient manner made me feel prepared and secure. He called me the next day to check on my status which was positive. While recuperating, I called Dr. Turner to ask a few questions. His secretary contacted him, and he promptly returned my call and patiently responded. My surgery was successful and I am very pleased. I highly recommend Dr. Turner to others in need of his expertise and care.
Dr. Turner and the entire staff were amazing. I had the greatest confidence in all of them. I would definitely recommend him to family, friends, and others.
Dr. Turner was very informative about the need for surgery, the procedure, and possible results. His explanations were easily understood and helpful. The surgery area was not painful and healed very well. I did have a stiff neck, but he told me about that before surgery and explained how to treat this. His office staff is very helpful and informative. Dr. Turner is a skilled surgeon.
Dr Turner, the staff, most important as well, his assistant Lizzet, kept on time for appts, never rushed me through, explained in detail exactly how we we going to improve my health, answered all my question, and most if all, made me healthy with the procedure and follow up, thank you!
